Delivery Information
We deliver Australia-wide to your door or nominated facility. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
To provide you with the best service experience, HCH® ships all orders with tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your order. All standard shipping items are dispatched with Australia Post.
Once dispatched, you can expect the following delivery timeframes:

Return Policy
We have total confidence that you will love our products. We do, however, also understand that new customers may be uncertain about sizing or styles.
If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, HCH® will gladly accept the exchange or return of unworn merchandise received by online store within 14 days of the order date. Please note that return postage costs will be at your expense unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.
Note: Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition. Goods that have been marked, obviously worn or washed will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, please contact us at hch@hornsbycomfyhips.com.au prior to posting your return item. If the items is available, we will reserve it for 10 working days while you get your item back to us.
Please note, we will only exchange for the same item in another size. If you would like to change colour or style, then you can simply purchase this item in our online store.
Posting your items
Every order will be provided with a return form which will need to be filled in and sent back with your item. If you do not have this form please email us - hch@hornsbycomfyhips.com.au

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services, as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by HCH®.
Pricing
HCH® have made every effort to keep products at a reasonable price for everybody especially the end user. Prices of all HCH® products are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may however vary in the future without notice.

Orders Made By Aged Care Facilities
As an additional service, HCH® will send invoices for payment directly to carers, relatives, Trust organizations, DVA, etc.
It is expected that facilities will exercise some discretion when making a selection for this form of billing and approval will have been secured. The facility will still receive a copy of the invoice with the delivery. Should the direct billing method fail, this does not preclude the facility from liability for payment.
