Comfortable, durable high compliance protective underwear for men and women.
Made in Australia from soft cotton for everyday comfort, superior washability and lasting wear. This design features pockets which support the easy removal of HCH® protective shields.
HCH ® protective shields are sold separately and must be worn for high compliance protection. Or purchase together in a starter pack and save.
HCH® pants and shields have been specifically designed as compatible items for maximum effectiveness. Cross matching of our shields or pants with other brands is not endorsed by us.
- Material: Soft, breathable cotton and spandex blend
- Machine washable in either cold or hot water
Fitting pants: Waist measurements required only; best if person is standing. In larger sizes, if the person’s waist measurement is on the border of sizes shown on the chart and a snug fit is preferred, you may want to choose the next size down. View size chart.
Important Note
Hip protectors are an effective aid in reducing the chance of breaking a hip in the event of a fall. They will not however, prevent all hip fractures. In the event of a car accident, a fall onto buttocks or severe cases of osteoporosis or other bone degenerating illness, a hip fracture may still occur.
How does it work?
HCH® Shield are made of soft dimpled silicone and covered in fabric. They are fitted to sit over the hip to absorb forces of impact in the event of a fall.
